A fixture to the overall success of the ski team. PRHS is lucky to have it and should maintain it.

I was a member of the PRHS ski jumping team all four years. To say this program brought its' members together as a team is an understatement. From manually packing snow on the local jump to the hour and a half commute to Andover to practice on the bigger hills we were all united under the same goals - have fun and always keep improving!

Physical activity, physical education and sport are vital to a person's well being. As we all know the U.S. is facing an obesity epidemic and the students are not getting enough physical activity as it is. Ski jumping is an incredible sport and there are already to few jumps as it is. Do not deny these students the opportunity to be physically active and take part in an amazing sport.

If this jump had anything to do with football, this wouldn't even be an issue. If you are seriously considering tearing this down, please follow up with a plane to replace it with something you deem safe.

I support this petition and maybe someone should to think about rebuilding of this hill for the next generations. Greetings from Poland.

PRHS is fortunate to be one of the several high schoold in NH to have an operating jump (not to mention in the country!) My son was incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunityto jump at PRHS. The team helped maintain the jump and took ownership of their sport more then any other activity at the school.

I was a Kennett High jumper in the late 80's to early 90's. I won the '91 state championship at this jump.

NH is the only state in the entire U.S. that has High School Ski jumping! To destroy this jump would destroy part of what makes this state unique and will destroy part of its amazing history.
