The Siletz River is critical to the biodiversity in the area. Eagles feed on the salmon. People drink the water.

This is horrific and needs to STOP.

We demand an immediate halt to the application of toxic sludge (aka biosolids) to any soil within the Siletz Watershed and on any other soil in Lincoln County.

This isn’t only about our river it’s about preserving all the life the river gives, because without our river life would not thrive in this beautiful place we call home. This river has been and needs to remain a building block for life for future generations to come. The dumping of pollutants into our water is disgusting and it puts the people of siletz and surrounding areas at risk along with our native wildlife. I truly hope whoever makes this decision chooses the right path because our future generations rely on it.

Just do the right thing !

"biosolids" means covering Mother Earth in solvents, PCBs, dioxins, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, fluoride, flame retardants, microplastics, nano particles, superbugs and prions.

It's disgusting that something hasn't been done about the river sooner, shame on the city and shame on the state for letting it get to this point that people have to MAKE a petition just to have their voices heard over water quality and QC

The Siletz River is vital to the health and well being of our community and several others. It is habitat for keystone species and sacred to the indigenous people, not to mention sports fisherman and recreation. Please help us restore the river to its former glory.

Clean water is the most valuable gift we can leave future generations. Please don’t allow one generation to destroy this gift.
