This small business is beneficial to the downtown area. It adds value and contributes to the growth of the downtown area. You should be looking to help him not shut him down.

Scott Carbone and eCarve is offering a wonderful service so that families can get outside and enjoy the wonderful downtown city of New Port Richey. It would be a shame and detriment to the entire community to lose such a service. Similar services operate in downtown Tampa very successfully no reason it should not work here as well. Government should not interfere in this private enterprise, allow the citizens to decide with their dollars whether this is a wanted service.

It seems ridiculous to me for a business to have to battle with a city to remain business. ECARVE is a place i frequent with my daughters. Its reasonable prices allow us to spend quality time scooting around outside away from the electronics that plaque our children in these modern time.

Keep them in town. Great business day and night. as a business owner downtown we enjoy seeing these scooters on the road. And everyone seems to be doing it safely day and night.
