Maybe parents can pay a small Perry of their income just to get the enrollment back up. It’s expensive. And maybe have retired teachers donate their time 2 or 3 days a week educating these students. We have to live local and use our community to Build Our Community ❤️

Especially in these times, I strongly believe in a faith based Catholic curriculum for my children. ICS has been a nurturing, loving educational environment with wonderful teachers. I hope the Diocese stands by the ICS Mission statement and does not close another Catholic school.

ICS feels more family than it does school making learning an experience rather than a burden. School’s approach is exemplary to the care all parents wish for their children.

It’s a shame - I’m part of this diocese and nothing is ever done by the diocese to solve the Catholic school closing issue - same thing happened with Corpus Christi School in South River - it’s very sad

Excellent school that is a valuable addition to our community & the communities all around. Cannot phantom how devasting it would be if it closed. The school is a stronghold for Catholic families & a valuable asset for community children.

Immaculate Conception School has been a pillar of faith-based education, shaping generations of students with strong moral values, academic excellence, and a commitment to service. Catholic schools like Immaculate Conception provide a unique environment where faith and education intertwine, fostering both intellectual and spiritual growth. However, as enrollment challenges, financial constraints, and evolving educational expectations arise, it is crucial to find innovative ways to ensure the school’s sustainability. The need for Catholic education remains strong, as parents seek institutions that reinforce faith, discipline, and a sense of community—qualities that are often lacking in public or secular alternatives. Keeping Immaculate Conception open is not just about preserving tradition; it is about adapting and evolving to meet the needs of modern families while staying true to its mission.
To secure its future, Immaculate Conception School must be open to transformation in policies and procedures that align with contemporary educational standards. This could include modernizing curriculum offerings, integrating advanced technology, expanding outreach to diverse student populations, and rethinking financial models to make tuition more accessible. Additionally, fostering stronger partnerships with alumni, local businesses, and parish communities can create new funding opportunities and engagement initiatives. A commitment to transparency, innovation, and inclusivity will ensure that Immaculate Conception remains a relevant and thriving institution. By embracing change while maintaining its Catholic identity, the school can continue to provide students with a faith-filled, high-quality education for generations to come.

It’s really a shame to see the school closing. We’re very happy having our granddaughter at this school. Is a great school and everyone is very polite and caring towards students and parents.
