In light of recent events, Schaumburg stands at a perilous point. We stand to lose our leadership team along with any Consistency for our school year. The days are long and the silence from the board is exhausting but I am still pushing forward on this. I am reading all your notes about why Laci and Mac and Mel are essential to our school and they confirm exactly why this fight is worth the fatigue.

I'm so happy you created this. The stability they bring to the campus has been front and center since I arrived 1 year ago. I find it unsettling we have been provided minimal detail. I hope we can come to some type of resolution that will not only allow our leadership back on board but will resolve the issue at hand.
I definitely believe it is necessary to keep our team leadership. A leader shows directorship, guidance, effective management skills as well as communication. Integrity is also THE core value. As a member of the SCH team these qualities have been shown to me through the leadership team. Not only that , but as individuals. Clear vision is also an attribute that is needed and I see all of these quality traits demonstrated throughout the staff as well a the students. It is important to have a leader that will show consistency , but also have consideration and work diligently for the students, their community and staff. The staff and students of SCH show that their leaders matter to them by respecting them, and respecting each other within their community. Therefore , this is why it is necessary to continue with them based on integrity, confidence, empathy, commitment , and creativity, that assembles SCH together, the KEY to success with our students, staff and community. We are to be lead by great leaders; our leaders are great leaders. Sincerely , La Tara Keelen
The presence of our school leaders has definitely been missed. They are a very important part of the Schaumburg family. No one works harder and love our students more.

We miss our leaders and the quality they bring to our school. They have always motivated us as a staff and has shown great support compassion for our students. They have built an amazing team and I am blessed to be apart of it. We support them and hope to have them return soon.
