this is a Known flood plain and the local schools are basically at capacity with waiting lists... are we getting another local school to go with this?? Are you guaranteeing insurance for home owners/renters/investors when it floods?

A development such as what is proposed is not on keeping with the area. It has been proven that dense housing developments with small lots of lower cost homes increases the likely hood of Ghetto style living with increased crime. Please reconsider the development and put community before dollars.
