This pub is a massive hub for our small but growing community, it's a big part of a lot of people's lives, turning it into flats/ housing would be horrendous

Tiverton and its people deserve the Twyford to be rebuilt as a pub for their benefit and as a fitting memory to the way it was before the fire.

if we dont stand up their will be nothing but chain pubs with no charactor and soul. Bring the life back into the town.

we do need the twyford/blackhorse back !! it belongs here having been here since the 1700 hundreds, To many lovely old properties being ripped down to make way for residential dwellings. xxd

And while they are at it, change the name back to the Black Horse - the name it had at least as early as the Siege of Tiverton Castle in 1646.

Do not wipe out Tiverton's history. Give new life to the Twyford, though black horse is much more appropriate for it now. If it does get rebuilt, it can be renamed the Phoenix to continue the theme of lots of other parts of Tiverton's blazing history. But please, Save the Pub!

there is not enough places for people to go and socialise and more flats / houses tivvywill have nothing to go out to be like ghost town

This pub has so many life long memories for so many people , it brought people together at all different times and reasons , we don't need homes we need our pub back.
