Twyford was the life and soul of tiverton. Should be saved as a pub not developed into yet more housing especially with the huge developements already in the pipeline for outskirts.

this building has always been a pub and always should be....... I can't imagine anyone wanting to live there, especially on the weekend when there'll be loads of drunk people walking around......bring back the twyford!!!!!!!

The Twyford kept this little corner of the town alive with it's fantastic food and lively nightlife. Would hate to see another development given to ubiqitious rental agencies and landlords that seem to own most of the residential land in Tiverton.

Enterprise Inns in "pub for sale with development potential" shock. Stop Enterprise Inns doing this. Register the Twyford Inn as an Asset of Community Value under the Localism Act 2011. Apply to Devon County Council.

It has to be a pub again, it was such a lovely one and the area needs it. It's such a shame it burnt down :-(
