Absolutely ridiculous! The amount of new flats and houses being built around here and they are seriously considering demolishing a well known pub to yet again flats?! There aren't many pubs left in Tiverton so we need to hang on to what we have left here! Take your flats somewhere else and keep local pubs!!

Have some great memories. I know it can never be the same again but somebody please come to the rescue and develop it into a modern pub, wine bar, steak house or something for the young people to enjoy.
