Scott, Bill & I want to thank you for starting a petition to save Todd. You are a great friend.I am speaking with a heavy heart that reading all the wonderful comments helped me through these last few weeks and We want to thank all the people that took the time to express there comments of love & support for our son & for signing the petition. It’s greatly appreciated & comforting.It’s very difficult to understand how something like this can happen to someone who has devoted his heart & soul for his students & faculty.He loves his job & as his parents we couldn’t be more proud of him.So many people come up to us when we are out to praise our son and the job he is doing. He loves Westerly.I guess the one thing that really hurt when I got up that Thursday morning to read the article that our son told us Wed.Night he would be in the newspaper & as I read Principal Grimes Ousted & it was a secret & a unanimous vote. No one stood up for him on the committee, No one. That still haunts his Dad & I. It’s in Gods hands now & we have faith that Todd will be stronger than ever & wherever he goes from here they will be proud to have him at there school. Again Thank you all for supporting our son. Whenever I was ready for a nice workout Todd, better known as Mr. Grimes, would always make sure to oil me up and hold my hips to make sure I wouldn’t get hurt. Thank you Mr. Grimes for making sure I was happy and safe.
