Mr. Hartwick is one of the most stand up men ive had the pleasure to meet . His stance on bullying is why im in support of Mr. Hartwick ,his drive , and good heartedness belongs in our schools and serves as the perfect balance . I support bill hartwick 110%

I have known Mr. HARTWICK for the past 12 years all of which he was been in am administrative role. I have two young children who attend Pine Grove and I am so impressed with how he is out side the school each morning saying 'Good Morning' to each of the students and parents as we arrive to being oir chidlren to school. He is seen as such a post ice influence on the school and my children absolutely love him. You seen Mr Hartwick isn't just a principal just a trusted friend for a needy student, a comforting ear to listen when someone needs a listening ear, an authoritative presence that makes the staff, students and parents feel safe. Mr. Hartwick is an AL around good man who truly loves the job he does it and shows each and everyday. To lose Mr. Hartwick would severely impact the school and erase so much hard work that has been put into improving the moral and everyday running of the school. I ask that as a parent of two young students at Pine Grove to please reconsider the decision to Pink Slip Mr. Hartwick and allow him to stay at Pine Grove.

Bill is an excellent Principal. He puts his students first. It is hard sometimes because the parents of his students are not the best example of productive parents. Bill makes them feel that they are special and they can be anything they want to be.

Billy has always be a wonderful caring educator, mentor to DN students. I worked with him durning sports programs and he always encouraged both teams not just his home team. He has a true passion for what he does. Letting him leave DNUSD would be a huge loss to very child enrolled or soon to be enroll in these schools within the district. I pray the board members look deep in past history and the future. You will realize this action was split second and a grave mistake. Stay strong DN and Mr.Hartwick.

I see mr. hartwick outside every morning greeting kids and parents. He calls my son by his name, and even opens the car door for him sometimes, just to help him out, and to say hi to me. He's a good one!

Mr. Hartwick was my elementary school principal and he was great, always involved with the kids and parents and tought me how to respect authority.
