This class was so much fun, it built friendships, confidence and fitness! Closing it without truly understanding what it means to those that attend is unfair.

I started Pole 3 years ago and was instantly welcomed into the family. I've gained some lovely friends and everyone in the class really cares about each other. I've not found this in any other fitness class that I attend.
