I would rather demolish the planning department than your delightful pergola.

A fantastic addition to the Crown and a benefit to the community. It is in constant use, is unobtrusive and fits in nicely with the village.

Please allow a local pub who have managed to make it through numerous lockdowns & social distancing to keep their covered outdoor space & pergola

As Winter approaches we are likely to have another surge in covid cases. This space allows people to meet safely outside.

As well as being a practical addition to the Crown and Horns this Pergola has enhanced the aspect of the pub…it serves as a welcoming outdoor space which can be accessed all year round. It would be a loss to the community if this had to be removed…live and let live and enjoy life in these hard times.

Such a lovely space it would be a shame to loose it. It’s made the pub look inviting and really fits with the local friendly atmosphere. A credit to the pub team who have brought the place to life again!

Please listen to those in East Ilsley and beyond.....this is and always will be a much needed and attractive space for the Crown and Horns......although evolved during the pandemic I cannot imagine the pub without this addition now...it blends in beautifully and needs TO STAY!!!!!

The outside enhances the look of the building. To remove it would be ridiculous.

This structure enabled us to visit a pub and feel safe during the pandemic, when there was little else we were able to do, it was nice to have some semblance of normality to go out for a drink or bite to eat. Martin, Liam and the rest of the team work so hard to ensure customers have a great visit.

It's so nice to sit outside but warn not everyone who wants to have a meal.and drink want to go indoors as may still be worried and vulnerable. This is a great addition to a good pub that kept.offering what they could since the start of covid.
