A tram stop on the expansive river side parkland, in near proximity to the ferry terminal would surely facilitate easier commuter use. Taking any number of existing homes substantially adds to the expense of an already expensive project.

Building new infrastructure that will improve quality of life is always desired. However, it should never be pushing out its own local residents out of their homes and shoving them to elsewhere.

Still can't believe how you work all your life to pay a mortgage and taxes and then the government can take your family home away to build a tram.

Why affect existing homes when you could do the works on existing roads. Why affect people's homes? This is like the movie The Castle.

Trams are good but not thru the existing lifestyle infrastructures. It is not safe first and affects the lifestyles of the people. Also it will add a boost to the properties there in terms of pricing letting other developers come and have thier ugly appartment living, leading to overcrowding. Please go thru the suggestions and work out a win win solution.

I am a mother of 3 children and my youngest child only in Year 3, Transport NSW is planning to demolish my family's home and my neighbours home for the new plan in constructing the Parramatta Light Rail. Our home is a place of adored memories and is extremely convenient for us as the ferry, bus and school is very close to us and is critical for our daily practices. Please sign so we can find an alternative and prevent our home from being knocked down.
