either ban everybody or nobody.....not fair to ban only paddlers when the swimmers are doing the majority of the harassing and being led by tour boat captains when they do it.

Honestly do you think that the people who are swimming into 3 sisters to "swim with the manatee are going their for the same reasons Kayaker's normally go there? Visitors are not up to date about manatee's or do half of them care, they are looking for an event while on vacation.

swimmers affect the manatees to a greater degree than kayakers. Close the springs to all when it is cold and too many manatees are present. Ban all from the springs or keep it essentially the way it is.

I and many of the people who kayak with me are in their late sixties or seventies I mayself is 78 and I cannot get in and out of my boat in deep water. Sometimes we have 15-20 people and we spend money on eating and buying gas. It is the DIVE boats that ruin the enviroment they are doing it in Crystal river and now have moved to the Rainbow river to do the same. People who dive are told to look for artifacts (someone who came from Michigan told me this) kayakers don't throw trash they pick it up, not so with power boats.

If tour operators were as responsible regarding the manatees, we wouldn't have a problem

Banning paddlers makes no sense for those who do not want, or cannot swim. The mooring space targets paddler unfairly.s

Access for ALL - or access for NONE. Don't support one industry over another!

Everyone should be banned from interacting with the Manatees during this time of year. EVERYONE with no exceptions

The gift of being able to kayak in Three Sisters Springs is something I will always treasure. It is truely one of our Nations
