The City Crab patio is one of the few in the area and adds greatly to the neighborhood feel. It should be kept.

All major cities around the world have outdoor cafes. In my opinion New York bring in the top three should not limit the ambiance and amount of seating a restaurant is allowed. I think outdoor seating is very inviting and a a way to help sell how nice and good their food is.
