Following approval of Scheme 2 to build up to 500 houses in the reservoir field, Maidstone Borough Council have allocated the Ancient Woodland (Bluebell Wood) and the South West ‘hospital’ field as open space, yet Scheme 3 is still to be determined for a further 80 houses on our open space.
