Find the money to keep these Nurses doing what they do best.... Also think what a shock & cultural shock those young people will get when these changes are implemented...

Think it's ridiculous that even considering these changes/cuts. Pinewood school should be supported with investment in the school and staff.

I think it's absolutely disgusting. These children deserve the same time and effort as every other child by someone who has the expertise to help them!

Every one deserves the best start in life, think of these little lives which would be affected before it's too late.

Nursery nurses play a huge role in additional needs settings which most people don't understand.

Special children need these experienced and highly skilled staff. Removing them directly goes against the policies and principals of SHANARRI and GIRFEC for these children. West Lothian Council has a responsibility to not harm some of the most vulnerable people in our Community.

I understand that support staff are great at there job in supporting children in times of struggle, my son was lucky enough to to have this on his school, however he is mostly Independent and can help him self. These children that require nursery nurse in school are not they are dependant on these nurses and I do not believe that s support worker can offer the same skills and support. Glasgow did this first and are all ready letting down these children and Govan Law are dealing with many cases due to the terrible issues that have arisen. Don't let this happen to our children in West Lothian Please be a voice for those that have none and leave our nursary nurse where they are
Thank you

This could be potentially devastating for both the kids and the school. These nursery nurses do an amazing job caring for children of all abilities. The children they care for often have mental ages and abilities of nursery children. Let them do there job without fear of losing it and going to something they really have no experience off. They chose to work with special needs kids!
