This development is ludicrous - potentially 700 apartments and 30 storeys! Really?
Traffic / parking is at its peak already in this area of Moonee Ponds.
What happened to listening to the local member, who knows the area and said it would be too high?
It seems MVCC wanted a building half that height!
So why not listen to the locals who know the area?
Oh, it must be the developer who has the influence.
Shame - greed is not in the interests of the people!!

Enough is enough. Our suburbs infrastructure can not handle the over development of land. Too many dual occupants and units in our suburb.

Totally out of character & will cause increased traffic congestion in an already congested area!

This is a gross over development of the site and hopefully we will be seeing less of these types of developments in the future out in the suburbs

I am disgusted with the approval of this development. It will change the greater community immensely and not for the better

I can't believe any reasonable person would approve such a development in this area! The area can clearly not cope with this. It's baffling it got signed off....please explain!!

As a life long resident of Moonee Valley I strongly disagree with this overdevelopment. Stop this now before it's too late and our suburbs will be ruined forever. Think if the residents and give notice to greedy developers who don't even live in the area. They just build these monstrosities and the move on leaving ugly buildings left in their wake

Over development in Moonee Ponds. Roads and train line is already overcrowded. Parking is already insufficient. Can't even get a car park at Coles. Small side streets have heavy traffic. Stop this over development.

I am a resident in Moonee ponds, my home was purchased 8 months ago and whilst I paid a substantial amount of money for my house I do not want my home burdened with this huge development.

there is already a congestion of traffic in the moonee ponds and surrounding areas. There are a lot of schools in the area which create heavy traffic situations. Parking is already scarce, hard to come by and a nightmare for working people trying to catch public transport.

Absolutely ridiculous- The current parking and infrastructure does in no way support the current businesses and residents. The train station will be a nightmare along with the movement of traffic (already gridlocked over Easter this year).

Over development of Moonee Ponds is unacceptable on many levels: lack of infra structure, insufficient parking, over use of small streets
