He’s a menace to our neighborhood. Very foul language, chases vehicles, stands at corners of streets in our neighborhood and yells racial slurs to white people. “YOU GOT A PROBLEM CAUSE IM BLACK”? Something wrong with this guy

Elliot is a threat to our community. He needs mental help but won’t get it in our current set of circumstances. Unfortunately he will most likely hurt someone before anything is done.

My children and I were driving home on Lakeside. At intersection I saw him on his bike. Even though I had right of way I’m always cautious around bikers. I couldn’t tell if he was going to go or not so I came to a full stop (even though I didn’t have to) and made eye contact to motion him through. He started driving in the street in front of my car - very very close to front bumper - but then moved back to where he was. Once I started going through again - very slowly - he darted in front of my car and started swerving back and forth in front of my car - perpendicular to the car. so I stopped again. He stopped directly in front of my car and glared at me in what I’d call a menacing fashion. Finally he moved out of the way and I drove slowly away. My impression is that he was either a) trying to get hit by my car on purpose or 2) to incite some sort of confrontation.

As a close neighbor on multiple occasions me and my family along with young children in the garden have had to listen to him scream vile things all day and night. Young children shouldn’t have to listen to that. On one occasion he screamed and yelled at me while walking from the front door to my car while heavily pregnant. The man has no respect for anybody and it’s only time before he does something violent in my opinion.

Personally witnessed his terrible behavior toward the kids. Wish the guy that beat him up in the street a while back would have just ended him permanently. Hopefully he meets up with the wrong person soon.

This is over the line behavior and very scary. These scenarios are red flags, continued escalation shouldn’t be an option.

I have had a couple of encounters with Mr Reed. Once he was on the corner of Hampton Springs and Lakeside. He was screaming at all the cars and me. I did not know of him at that time and he scared me to death. He seemed like a meth addict. I was concerned for kids walking home from school. Another time I was walking down SandPebble with my dog on the sidewalk. He came up from behind me on his bike, buzzed by really close freaking me and my dog out. He kept going screaming out Bit** and other racial slangs to me.

These people are AWFUL. Elliot has come up to my parents house and even tried to fight my younger brother who was barely 20 at the time, for no reason except that my parents called the cops due to their disgusting behavior. There has been no peace around the neighborhood for 4 years because of them. I grew up in this neighborhood I lived there for 14 going on 15 years and have never ONCE encountered anyone like this until they moved in behind my parents. Please, we need justice.

I myself have been verbally assaulted multiple times by Elliot reed and his son Darius. I live by the motto “ELE” “everybody love everybody”. And the reeds alongside with the mother and wife Angie cockrell are not loving people, quite the opposite actually. They insinuate violence, try to instigate me and my family to physically fight them, and have threatened to kill my stepmother.

I have seen his actions in person. I did not even know the man but went to visit Jackie and Billy and was met with by a man standing on the roof of his garage shouting over the extended fence for most of the day. Absolutely absurd...

I hope the police finally take action! It’s not ok to harass innocent people and children in our neighborhood!

As a close neighbor we have often heard his disgusting language and extreme racism. He has also screamed obscenities at my family while we’re on our driveway.and caused a commotion outside with other neighbors. The guy is a menace and not a pleasant person to encounter while out walking.

I guarantee that if this was happening to a Seabrook PD officers family, it would NOT go on for this long!! I guarantee if some kid in their 20’s (Sage Reed/ Elliot’s son) posted pics of a Seabrook PD officers 5 & 7yr old LITTLE GIRLS in swimsuits innocently playing in their backyard, as his cover picture on FACEBOOK I can’t imagine an officer would allow that to happen to his own family!!!! I’ve witnessed this man’s sick behavior on numerous occasions. He needs mental help and an ass whooping. It’s disgusting that Seabrook PD at the very least, has not arrested this man on his outstanding warrants. He is a menace to society!! He belongs in an institution. Seabrook PD needs to really evaluate this situation before something REALLY bad happens.

I have witnessed and been the receiver of Elliot Reeds harassment. Over and over again. Something truly needs to be done.

Scary and sad. I don’t want our kids to hear his language and hate speech. And i definitely don’t want anyone to get physically hurt, including Elliot. Peace please.
