Everytime I go there to hike its blocked off! Who gave them permission to just put up gates on public paths? This is getting ridiculous

Keep beautiful places like this available for the public we don't live in africa places like these are limited in malta so preserve them and let people enjoy them.
I call on the authorities to consider taking stricter measures to protect our environment in general. Especially the very few rural areas left.

This is not acceptable, how can you close off a coastline, there is only one pathway, at least open another option for access?
