Parking issues will be a nightmare and a tall modern building will be out of keeping with this tree lined street. There is so much student accommodation being built in cardiff it’s ridiculous, keep the high rise buildings in the city centre.

There are not enough resources such as dentists, GPs, hospital beds, roads to accommodate those living Cardiff and wider region as it is. What are the pros of increasing students against the cons....

Please reconsider these plans, they don't fit it with the local torraine. It will destroy family business with loss jobs. There is no need for these flats as mentioned in the position!

I object to planning application 17/03026/MJR | TOTAL DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING BUILDINGS AND REDEVELOPMENT FOR STUDENT ACCOMMODATION, LAND AT JUNCTION OF NORTH ROAD AND MAINDY ROAD, CATHAYS, CARDIFF
Keep safe the jobs already there, allow the businesses to continue to develop and invest and seek an alternative site.
We do not need any more student homes
