We must remember to keep our local shops in mind when implementing changes. Local high streets are suffering all over due to high rents and insufficient parking. They are facing a losing battle with retail parks and online shoppers as it is. Please don’t allow these wonderful local shops of Abridge, part of a respectful, highly valued and long standing community, go due to lack of parking. Please don’t let there be more empty shops and livelihoods lost.

If you go ahead with this the people of abridge won't have anywhere to shop locally as the shops can't make a living and will have to close. Not everyone has cars to be able to shop miles from home. Either provide a car park or leave things as they are.
