Local up and coming bands need venues. This pub has worked so hard to please people and put things in place. Stanground has lost 3 pubs already that were a centre of the community. They also provided live music enjoyed by many. Such a shame if music cannot be played and enjoyed.

Sound levels at this location have in my opinion been controlled better than most others with consideration for neighbours. Private house parties create more noise and base beats than you will ever hear at the Woolpack.

After 2 years of Covid 19 rules and regulations we are finally given a chance to uplift the morale of pub guests.
Live music is one of the oldest forms of entertainment!

Pubs like the woolpack should be the heart of the community. The hospitality industry has faced difficult times during covid and they need help not pressure like this potential ban.

Sounds like the pub has made sensible changes, the council should welcome a community pub with a little music!

I live opposite the pub and think Dave and team have done a fab job. Music's gone by 10pm so never an issue for us and I have a small child and another one the way. Keep going and hope you can get this sorted guys x

Good traditional pub trying to survive & It's normally only once a week. I say If you don't want any noise don't live near a Pub....Idea : if they close it down, Start a Harley Davidson owners club instead...

The town needs venues to keep going and provide stimulous to long suffering people of this city!
C'mon PCC work with the venue and others too. Folk need to feel normal again. This is your chance to do some good. Work with the venue as well as those who seem to complain!!

The Woolpack is a wonderful local pub with a real community spirit. Surely this is not much to ask? A meeting with the council to help preserve live music at a great little venue. Pubs, Live music and the entertainment industry have taken such a beating over the course of the pandemic, lets not add insult to injury!
