Live music is an important part of a community, just as a local pub is an essential one. If you ban the music, takings will be down and folk will lose their jobs!!

Can’t work out why people living near a pub that’s been there for years have the audacity to complain about there being a pub...

This really is a two way street..an agreement can be made and the guys at the Woolpack are trying there best to keep a well deserved pub afloat with a lot of hard work ,money and I’m sure at times tears. David and the gang you certainly have our backing.

It's a pub. If someone chooses to live near it they can expect to have some noise, including music during opening hours. These are HAPPY noises. But if the person who has complained doesn't like it, I suggest they MOVE HOUSE. It's almost a certainty that the pub was there before they were, so what's their excuse for complaining when they choose to live near it?

Simply ridiculous. Live music is something that should never be stopped it brings so much to a community and the local economy. How can it be even considered a problem if a couple of people are concerned by noise when the livelihood of hard working people is on the line plus the joy of 100s of patrons who go out to enjoy and evening of entertainment. The criminals in this are those instigating this nonsense. You seriously cannot cause upset for so many people off the back of a small minority who clearly don't know how to enjoy themselves. The last year has done so much damage to local economies and peoples health and well being this nonsense needs to be nipped in the bud before there is nothing left..
