Cant believe a labour council is doing the tories dirty work. Childrens centre are vital part of our childrens future. My vote will change in May if this goes through

My boy would not be the same without all the help and support we had when he was younger he was so ready for school thanks to all the hard work and dedication.

So many families rely on these centres for support and a chance for young ones to play , learn , socialise !! We need our children's centre !!

It all comes down to money, but there are some things more important than money - giving parents and children somewhere special to go to, to discuss and share issues, to make friends, to just hang out or just somewhere to go for a break.

When communities are breaking down, we need centres like this for cohesion and mutual support networking. The government is complaining that society is becoming too selfish, but support Like this centre gets taken away from people who need it the most . Just prioritise and leave important centres like this alone. The well-being of children is key to a healthy well functioning society.

This children's centre is like a gods send, not just for the children but for parents too. Without my local childrens centre, I would not have met so many people who live in my local community. Not only have I met new friends but my children have too. This centre is a gods send that we all need.

This centre does amazing things fircthe local community every day. I would be lost without it in the holidays and the club's and courses for parenting helped me no end when I had my son. This centre can't be closed down.

This is the most friendly and welcoming centre, all the staff are so kind and helpful, always helping and making sure we all get the help we need. Can not believe you are even contemplating closing such a vital part of our community.

Do not shut Litherland children's centre it is such an amazing place my son loves it there all the staff are fabulous and do a brilliant job

Litherland is the best Children's Centre in Sefton, with the best team of ladies supporting families. This will be a huge mistake if the council close it. It's a much needed service for local area. Xxx
