I strongly object to any plans to remove landline telephone communication. I rely heavily upon use of landline, that includes contact from countless others who keep in contact solely by landline. That is my only, and preferred way to contact and be contacted by family, friends, GP, hospital, Insurance and Legal matters. On no account do I want any unnecessary harmful EMF’s in and around my home.

If this plan goes ahead, we are vulnerable to being without the use of our phones in the event of a power cut or loss of internet service and especially in emergencies

I was without a computer for ten days not only could I not access bank accounts or do anything else without it how would I make a phone call as I will not use smart phones.

Mobile phones are not 100 percent reliable where the Linda line is I'm Disabled and I can't cope without my land line

It is not progress to replace a dependable means of emergency communication with an alternative which will not work during a power cut. This ridiculous decision must be reversed
