I think it is appalling that a Scout Group dedicated to working with youth for the future benefit of society and has done for 100 years and formany years out of the current headquarters is under threat of eviction for pure profit. I believe that the current planning application should be turned down.

I Scout!!!! ACL in Swansea. We have too few packs around we need to keep them open

Scouting gives children the opportunity to do activities that for some are impossible without Leaders who give their time & commitment to other people's children. There fore the Swansea scout hut must be retained

As a leader and someone who knows the value of scouting in this area it is vital that we keep this headquarters open and where it is. 100 years in the area - 54 at this HQ. Shows we are here to stay

This is a community building. All scouts are trying to do is help young people be part of the community. Its sad that there are people out there trying to take that away from people.

We really need to keep scouting in the community.I am a scout Mum for 30 years and have watched my son grow from a Beaver to a Leader.

Scouting is a fantastic organisation that provides young people with a unique experience where they are challenged in what they do, in order to improve as a person and gain new skills.
It is utterly ridiculous that these plans have even been suggested. Frankly I am shocked that someone has the audacity to think that these actions are acceptable. Everyone should have the opportunity to join the Scouting Movement and these suggested actions would deprive many of this.
Please allow the Scout HQ to continue serving its community.
