I completely oppose cutting funding for The Peaks facility. Our children have learned and are learning to snake there through the Skate America program, and we as a family count many hours of valuable family time there on the ice. Please do not cut this funding.

The loss of the rink would incredibly disappointing. Some of my favorite memories of Provo were my college hockey class, broomball and skating during college night, and BYU hockey games. Please don't shut down the rink!!

This rink is extremely important to the community and the figure skaters and hockey players depend on it! Also-the rink was an important part of the 02' olympics. Please don't disgrace that legacy by pulling the rink's funding!

Some things are worth public funding. This is one of them. This unique Olympic facility should be preserved. It serves not only the valley but the entire Wasatch Front.

Please don't close the rink. BYU needs hockey and if the rink closes, BYU will lose an amazing sport.

My kids have grown up skating at this rink. My son learned to stand up on his skates 11 yrs ago at Peaks Ice Rink and now at age 17 he has played hockey all over. He played for a year in Chicago, he has been on a Juniors team and now awaiting his future for the next chapter in his life to play out. All of this because of a 6 yr old boy learning how to skate at Peaks Ice Rink!!!

Had the best years of my life playing college hockey there! My dear friend died during a came and it is a place I go to remember him as well!

The ice sports scene here will die. That means people, teachers, employees. Lots of people are going to lose money. That's so awful!

please reconsider we love this ice rink and my kids use the indoor fields for soccer.
