The Peaks Arena has served Utah County residents for more than 20 years, providing ALL county residents with Ice Hockey, Figure Skating, Public Ice Skating, Indoor Soccer and other events. Both UVU and BYU use the facility for classes and to support their club hockey teams. This provides county residents, traveling visitors, and even international students and other visitors with great recreational opportunities. Please keep the Peaks Open.

This is a huge mistake. This hurts our Utah Hockey community and other indoor sports.
Not only Provo City benifits from the Peaks facility but dose many in the County as dose many from the State of Utah. That come and participate in events held at the Peaks. Please operate this facility like normal and have the budget planed to continue the operation of the Peaks facility.

This is an important sport for our County. Not much for kids and adults to participate in. Please do not take our ice skating ring away! We need more activites such as this!

Why is it that programs and resources for kids and families are always the first to go in a budget? Kids and families involved in sports are getting healthy and staying healthy, learning good social interactions and building good habits for the future. For crying out loud.

Don't ruin thousands of kids dreams by closing the peaks ice arena come on Utah county it's not a money issue utah county is booming do the right thing leave it open

AMP - Mar 7, 2016 - If kids are playing sports, not only are they gaining wonderful physical, psychological, and social benefits, they are also not exposing themselves to peers or situations that are unhealthy. Additionally, anything that keeps children away from their iPhones and other screens is another big victory for everyone.

I am a weekly hockey player along with all my kids. Every major county has access to a nice rink. If you close Provo, what are you saying about Utah County? If it's money, change the management. There is enough demand to support the facility.
