Hey please don't shut it down I learned hockey there and now I love it so much and think of all those kids and adults that don't get to play hockey. I love the sport so much my email is PolarBearsHockey20 it is all for that rink plz don't shut it down

I am a firm believer in keeping kids busy keeps them safe. I have a daughter who LOVES to go ice skating. She hasn't been this involved in anything else. No interest to do sports. The rink needs to remain open in order for my kids to stay involved in their interest and stay out of trouble. Please reconsider your stance on the funding. I know I am not alone. I am not the only parent who has kids who use the rink. It is also a very safe place for the college kids in our community to go have good clean quiet fun.

This rink provides a place for people of all ages to participate in year-round sports and learn about teamwork and training while having fun and making friends. It is a real community asset that should not be lost.

Please don't shut down peaks ice arena. I grew up at that rink and would've never started the sport I love if it hadn't been for the peaks ice arena.
