Why would you even consider taking away such a valuable recreational item provided by the city? The ice rink is perfect for usage all year around and allows the community an outlet for sporting events. I can't see any point in replacing it.

Skating is a wonderful activity to have for people of all ages. I am 71 and skate 5 days a week. This should be available to the people in Utah County

Want good contributors in society? You'll find them in the kids who inhabit the rink and succeed in their passions. These kids develop life skills on the ice that make them valued contributors off the ice. Don't take away their rink...just saying.

As an adult skater I depend on the Peaks Ice Arena for my training and exercise. Figure skating is my favorite sport and driving to Salt Lake to skate seems silly. The Peaks Ice Arena has a loyal figure skating and hockey community. Please keep this venue open!

Protect Peaks. It is an Olympic venue with many users and uses. On a personal note my little brother died in that rink and his number is retired there.

Keep the rink please! The nearest one I know of is Kearns. Our family enjoys going there together and skating as well as supporting friends in hockey games.

My wife and I spent countless hours day after day to start up the Taha ice hockey league it kept 1000's of kids out of trouble and gave them confidence in themselves that they would never have had DONT PULL FUNDING FROM THE THE GOOD THINGS OUR CHILDREN NEED!!!

Such a nice facility! Many rinks strive to have two sheets! It would be a waste to close it. And you're putting many skaters out of a location to skate at. The rinks in salt lake county are so far!

This ice rink is the only one between salt lake and Las Vegas. It provides all those in Utah county a place to learn to skate and play hockey
