Please keep the skate rink! I truly believe that it's these kind of places exist in communities. It's so great that this particular one is included in the pass of all passes, which, I've learned since living here, is kind of a staple to those who live in Utah County.

Please continue to fund the Peaks Ice Arena. It's an integral part of the Utah hockey and figure skating community. Also, BYU hockey practices there.

As a figure skater I have skated many times at this rink. While I live (and skate) in Salt Lake County, this is a beautiful, Olympic facility and taking away the accessibility of the ice to those in Utah county would be devastating. The commute to the next closest rink is a huge barrier for many of us who practice several days a week.

This would be a devastating thing for the community. Including but not limited to the number of youth playing and participating in hockey and figure skating. It provides many opportunities for the community to have other activities to do as a school, church group and families. Also being able to watch college hockey exciting for all involved. It truly would be a poor decision on your part to close it down.

This has been a huge part of my life and the culture of Utah valley for as long as I can remember. It is such a bonding and unifying place for the city and county that tons of people enjoy and frequent often, including myself. Would be such a shame to see it go.

My daughter is a figure skater and we use this rink 5 to 6 days a week to practice. This is her life, a sport she adores and excels in. It is always packed with skaters and hockey and don't forget indoor soccer! This would be a huge mistake to take this rink from our community!
