The ice rink is just too valuable to the community. Closing it now, when it's doing better than ever, would be plain stupid!

My daughter has grown up at this place training figure skating since she was 5. This was our second home until she switched to a coach who is in Salt Lake, she skated every single day for 2 hours for 6 years here. This place is where my daughter's dream of being a olympian started. This should not go away!!!

This ice rink is so important to our county! I have fond memories here as a volunteer for the Olympics at this Venue, please do what you can to keep this venue open for current and future Generations!!!

I have played at that rink since I was just a baby and I am in tears thinking that it might be closing it doors. I will fight as long as I can to keep it going

My son loves to go skating at the ice arena. In a world where kids are happy to sit at home and play video games, it is great seeing something that motivates my son to get outside and trek to the ice arena by himself. He earned the money by doing odd jobs for his own skates (and good ones too!) This is a way better tax expenditure than so many I've seen......

This is where I go to play soccer in the winter! It makes it easy for my family, and it helps me to keep my skill level up. It's close to home, which makes me able to get rides there. Otherwise I would not be able to go! It's also the main hang out in the winter for all my friends! And I've been looking forward to go on dates here! It's where I've grown up going!! We can't close this place down!

I live in Springville, and my kids love skating at the ice rink. Everytime we have gone, the rink has been packed, which tells me the rink is popular and being used. Why would it need to be closed? It also seems silly to close Provo's link to the 2002 olympics. I have great memories from skating here in college as well. This is a well-used community resource. Closing it is a spit in your constituent's collective eye.

Figure skating and hockey are great activities for our youth. They both teach respect, discipline and the true meaning of hard work, dedication and teamwork. Please don't take this away from our youth and community.

My daughter skates their 24/6 and if it closes down the commute will be devastating!!!!!!! We would have to drive to Murray! MURRAY for crying out loud! If you get rid of the rink people will forget the olympics ever happened in Provo, which a lot of people already don't know!!! Seriously Utah County whoevers who voted your so butt** ugghhhhh you probably have never skated in your lives and your just like.... oh no we already have rings they can just quit complaing and go to Salt Lake! OH REALLY BECAUSE THATS TWO FREAKIN HOURS AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
