This neighborhood is becoming so junky. So will our taxes reduce since we’ll be sharing the roads with the buses that will cause wear and tear and the awful air that we will be breathing do to the toxic non emissions on their buses?! Sad really sad.

The park is used not only by residents of the neighborhood but the whole city. Grren space and exercise are good for everyone.

Definitely against this intrusion of green space! We are right near 91st and Central, and traffic on that narrow road is already congested and unsafe (at some of the speeds people take). Smell and noise would be hard to take, and cause lower property values!

This proposal will greatly and negatively impact our local community. Our local streets do not have the capacity for hugely increased bus traffic, and the extra exhaust, fuel vapors, noise, will damage our health, peace and property values. The green spaces within the Dynamo fields are important community assets and should be preserved for the kids of the future, and the scerenity of the area.

How did this all start? After getting 91st repaved has been a blessing however people speed down this street like crazy, semi's use it to avoid 86th and 96th, this is so not right. Don't just pull in to the soccer field parking and set up a stupid looking refueling center, really, this needs to stop, now!!

This land is not intended for this type of use. The City relies on non-City owned parks space for quality of life improvements. Explain how the development of this PARK provides a benefit to the community and the surrounding neighborhoods. Focus on the comprehensive plan. When challenging these types of developments, we must use data and facts to demonstrate the impact that this development will have on our infrastructure, property values, and families.

Very opposed. This is not the sort of installation that should be directly across from a small, quiet neighborhood. 91st Street is already very narrow and congested.

9102 N Central. Dynamo has been a disruptive and dishonest neighbor. The noise and smell from the temp redline depot should give an indication of what's to come.

This is not a good fit for this neighborhood. I agree with all of the previous reasons given. Let the people have a say and don't bulldoze this through like other projects have been done.

The streets in this area are narrow and congested already. My kids and I frequent this green space often.

It's already too congested along there, and I'm concerned about the environmental impact of diesel fumes on our neighborhood.
