Congestion is always horrid in that area. The town is not inner city and should not be treated as though. Air pollution is on the rise and the town has not seen no infrastructure growth to cope with the influx of more people. Hertsmere need to seek other alternatives to cope with building that can not continue in this area.

It is important for our next generation to be able to get out and play on the green. In addition we need more parking not less. For these reasons and more, I am strongly against this as I reside in Todd Close

i agree with this petition their is limited green space as there is and the traffic will become a nightmare .
It will also block sunlight into my flat and create a alleyeway and noise.

I strongly oppose the planned redevelopment programme for Hertswood Academy, Elstree Way. It would greatly dimish the valuable outdoor space used by local residents and children and half visitor parking. The construction of only 3 college apartments does not not make this a feasible objective when you consider the impact on the quality of enjoyment and use of green space which will be removed from the many residents and young children.

I think that this area is far too built up already and to take away much valued green space and visitors parking shows no regard for the current residents enjoyment of their properties.

That green space is the only place left for people to relax in. To build more flats there is a gross misjudgement, and should not be allowed to go forward.

Really upset and disappointed that the only green that Todd close have will be taken away and safty will become more of an issue to walk through with an added alley way to the development
