Do not fault the children for your mistakes. People have taken time off of work, and some can not change it just that fast to where there job will want to give them the next date off.

The graduation date for the class of 2016 needs to stay as the first date that they had because a lot of people done took off work for that day and also alot of people done made other plans for other stuff for that day. So the date really does need to stay as the first date they picked in the month of MAY.

Who , would want to graduate all the way in June. Most people plan to go on family vacations around that time and have other important family things to attend to then to come to a graduation date pushed back when it could hand been early and already planed out.
