It's very upsetting to me that Gary would be removed from his loving home. He provides therapy for the family and is no different than having a dog, cat bird or any other animal. Council should take a very had look at this bylaw, it's insane

This bylaw is absurd. Gary the pig is no different than having a dog, cat or bird. He should be able to stay with his parents and family in their loving home.

Gary was my favourite part about walking through the park! She made my day every day I saw her. She deserves to be home with her family!!

Gary is not a farm animal she is a pet. she lies in the house not in the barn. What quality makes a dog, cat, lizard, or a parrot a pet? Two are mammals, one is a reptile and the other is a bird. Gary is a mammal and is a lot smaller than many dogs in Oakville. Gary is quieter than many parrots or dogs. Oakville should end discrimination against pigs

If he sleeps in his owners bed he's not a farm animal. Farm animals are located on farms. Because they are too big to be in a back yard. This pig is smaller than a small dog. And probably smarter than 95 percent of dog owners. And a lot quieter than 95 percent of small dogs. Your reason for taking him is invalid.
