I am very upset with the Town, it is time to update the bylaws and get Gary home. She is a well loved, well behaved animal that adds to the community while helping her family. The children in the neighborhood absolutely love her and no walk or visit through the park is complete without taking a peek to see if she is outside in her yard and stopping by to say hello. Let Gary come home!!
