It's going to spoil the look of Aviemore, and the fun the people enjoy on the lawn in winter and summer

The national park should be protected and any green space in Aviemore. There are other options for dealing with housing shortage in the highlands.

This ground has been part of Aviemore for many a year!! There is a lot of events held there and more inportantly to me and other locals it's where families can get together taking children sledging in winter, spending precious time with them!! Don't ruin a great piece of history!!!

How can this development protect those parts of the village that are important to its character and setting or improve the environment of the village. It will do anything but support Aviemore’s role as a centre for recreation and tourism. Cairngorm National Park Authority have it right when they say that land fronting Grampian Road between the entrance to Aviemore Highland Resort and Grampian Court, which forms part of the wider masterplanned site, should be retained as open space, enhanced with landscaping and tree planting.

I lived in Grampian court with my daughter & the lawn is where we spent a lot of time playing & discovering. In the winter time she snow boarded there for the first time. Keep it green

Green space within the village is getting lost all the time with so called "improvements"!! Stop this build now before even more are lost! Memories seem to just be built on nowadays so someone can make money! It needs to stop!!!

Gardens should be retained as an amenity for the village, as per local plan, and not turned into private luxury, expensive retirement flats.

It's part of 'old Aviemore'. Not much left of it, leave it alone!!!
