These residents have lovingly shared beauty in their community via gardening for years. NOW the city suddenly cares about enforcing this? The garden should stand and be left for all to continue to enjoy.

This incredibly beautiful and can't believe anyone could have a complaint unless they failed to have one like it. To nature lovers, removing anything here would be criminal.
