I don't know what I would have done without my Crohn's nurse. It is such a horrendous disease to come to terms with and cope with. As a mother with two children, I was often in need of the support these nurses give. Doctors are fabulous, but they don't have the time to help with the reality of living with the disiease. Please don't do away with this very much needed service. Please! Please! Please!

They play a vital role and ultimately save the hospital system time and money by giving patients accurate advice on how to treat their condition so that these patients do not automatically go to Emergency for treatment.
