These birds need serious control. The environmental damage they do is only second to the gluttonous consumption of fish they consume. Their numbers are the worst they have been for some time.

cormorants have devastated our lakes fish populations. they have been able to manage their populations in the past and these controls must be reinstated.

these foreign bird's are devastating our great lakes as well as inland lake's. I was part of a group that helped with the comorant problem a few years ago and am willing to help again. what we did then really did work. but it is getting bad again.

I would rather see less numbers of these birds, and higher numbers of game fish. Audubon Society pushing emotion on ecology, nowhere on a biologists worksheet is a section for anyone's emotion to play a part for the benefit of any ecosystem.

I live on the Saginaw Bay in Michigan. The cormorant population has been out of control for years and is getting worse. Fishing on the Saginaw Bay is in danger!
