That's a high-visibility site that should be a proper gateway to Towson. Surely there's a better use than a gas station. In particular, more housing that would bring more people to Towson, and generate more in property tax revenue.

Agreed. The selling of public lands for proposed short term gain is both misguided and shortsightedness and utterly ignores the wishes and desires of the electorate and the communities, and the welfare of both. Stop unilaterally selling off our land! You were elected to represent not ordained. The public is becoming aware of these underhanded,tactics.

Bosley Ave.is SUPPOSED to be the Towson BY-PASS. Having a commercial grouping on that corner increases local traffic and simply extends the Towson business district rather than BY-PASS it.

I really don't know what the politicians are thinking about but it it doesn't include what is good for the community. How gas stations do we need? How many convenience stores do we need? What about traffic? Again its all about what the politicians want and not asking the people what they want and how this will impact everyone in the area. What are the politicians trying to accomplish ? I am truly disgusted.

We oppose the proposed sale. We are concerned about health and safety consequences with the proposed development. The proposal does nothing to enhance our neighborhood. No new convenience stores are needed in this area. Neighborhood input would be appreciated in considering future proposals.

This parcel development is an environmental nightmare. Look what happened at the Sweet Air Lutherville Exxon disaster. Underground gas tanks leaking into a neighborhoods drinking water resource. There are three streams above and underground rated as poor within a 10 mile radius. These streams feed into the Loch Raven Water shed. The water shed is the county and city's drinking water resource!!!! Clean Water and Blue Water have water keepers that are very concerned with a 20 pump station soo close to a residential area.
