More important than cramming a 'new' school in there is keeping places for children to play. How many times do we need to see the research to understand this is a fact. Do not move that school. Fix it...leave the soccer pitches for the children.

We need to keep as many green space recreation spaces as possible. AND an elementary school beside a high school isn't prudent really.

We worry not only about losing our soccer fields, but also having more high density housing built near and along Wilson Street. Our roads are already congested and our soccer fields (and hockey pads) are already booked to the limit!!

These fields are used almost every day of the week through spring, summer and fall. Losing them would be terrible.

Protect these fields! They contribute to the life of our community and establish lifestyle habits that are key for health and well being of our children today and in the future.

If we loose this green space I hope there is another where the children of this growing community will be able to come together to learn such strong 'team player' values. Loosing this space may be detrimental to one of the best sports programs available to our children

The educational and recreational sectors should work as partners in promoting fitness, physical literacy and all the benefits that derive from sports participation. Is there no better alternative that befits both?
