The farmers market needs to stay. Great veggies, fruit and baked goods. We get lots of folks stopping in for seafood to go and/ or dining. Thank you, Crabby

3 hours on a Friday only and doesn't start until June. If that hurts business, one needs to take a hard look at their own business. Didn't know anyone was serious about this.

. It adds to our town's appeal and is a lot of fun. It brings the choice of some fresh produce and products to all of us....it is held in an outdoor place, in a very nice park, that is perfect for mingling with others...all the rest of the town is right there to visit as well!

I cannot believe that this small farmers mkt, that is open one day a week in the summer for 3 hours is inhibiting sales in Long Beach.

This is a value here not only for visitors but residents. How can a 3 hour market one day a week 5 months out of the year be a threat to businesses. I send visitors there all the time. Please keep the market. If a business is threatened by this market then their business is not a strong business and would not survive regardless. Maybe bring the market to another part of the peninsula if Long Beach is stupid enough to not have the market.

I need the Farmers Market it is a very important factor in keeping my health as a outlet for fresh healthy veg's ,exercise and social community well being interaction.
It would create a hardship for me to go alas where .
Please save the market!
