This is a bad idea for Blynn and a horrible idea for the surrounding neighborhoods. Blynn would have to sink a fortune for an unwieldy property when they can they could instead begin a major, planned campus on the west side of town.

We have 3 issues as I see it. 1. Traffic flow- if the sale goes through, the only entrance to the school will be the access road at 2818. It will dramatically increase the traffic going into Emerald Forest. The only exit will be the bypass access road at Southwest Parkway. All traffic will have to go over the bridge. 2. Emergency access to Raintree. With the traffic congestion and the set up of Raintree, if we need ambulance or fire the response time will be dramatically increased. 3. Drainage. With additional students they will invariably put in additional parking and with that comes run-off. The back side of Raintree in severe storms already is prone to flooding. The addition of parking spaces will only exasperate that issue.

There's only one reason for Blinn to go into the Lynntech building. It has nothing to do with higher education.

Please think about all of the young children's safety that live in these neighborhoods.

While a school is allowed in this district, a traffic study is truly needed. Such a reality check would show that only major traffic thoroughfare (the weast frontage road to the Earl Rudder Freeway) will not adequately serve all of the traffic feeding into and out of the proposed site at The Science Park.

That is sooo true!!! We already have college boys 5 living on our street in one home and all their monster trucks they park in street to where we can't get down

I will move!!!! If this happens. Their are already students that live on our block that have too many living in one house and there monster truck enable us from driving down Alison street. Plus all the texting and driving that Gomes on. It will be a disaster on the feeder road.
