It's the one of the only FREE and enjoyable family places you can take your children! It's been around for generation I went when I was a child and now I take my daughter! Save the Fairy Dell!!!

Not enough out door things for children to do now, so please don't take this from them. They spend enough time indoors playing computer games already.

My boys love it here. It's free, we've spent loads if happy hours and hope to spend many more. Why do you feel the need to remove something that's so well used??

My grandma used to take me to the fairy dell, I used to take my children and my granddaughter, I was one of those who stood up at the meeting in the Pensioners Hall of Lincoln Road back in 2005 to fight to keep it back then. They cannot take it off the children of Skegness, they are already in the process of taking the Pier Field off the children of Skegness, we have to make as stand, it is part of our history.

Should be a listed site protected forever, I played there so did my kids and so do my grandkids, a really pleasant place to spend an afternoon - it may not make a direct profit but it brings lots of people into Skegness and lots of money into the town.

No way!! I have Photos of my Mum as a baby, in my grandmother's arms at the Fairy Dell. My mother would be a 102 now. It's a Massive part ot Skegness History. How Dare the ELDC even think of doing such a thing. Bet none of them have got that kind of history with Skegness, or are even from Lincolnshire. I'm not, but my late husband and family a true Lincs family. I am from Sheffield but have come to Skeg to my parents caravan till getting married in 1973 and living here ever since.

This attraction is always well used in the summer. There is already so little in skegness don't take this away and make it an even further deprived area with less reason to visit or live here.
