This is a haven in the summer. My parents took me as they didn't have much money, I took my kids and my kids have taken theirs. It's an institution in Skegness and should be celebrated as such.

I've had many great free days with my now teenager boys over the years here you need some cheap days to make up for the expensive days to stay longer ..... It's a sun trap too ..... I also hope to enjoy it too with my grandchildren in 5 to 10 years time :)

This needs to be saved for the next generations. As a child I remember how wonderful and exciting it was to be brought here like my mum before me.

This is historic and should be saved. New is not always better. In fact looking at recent Skegness it rarely has been Recognise what is good about what you have.

The message is loud and clear. Leave it alone. It is part of the soul of the town.

As a Skegness Ambassador who promotes all that is good about Skegness I am finding it difficult to find anything to praise ELDC for. It seems they need to continually chip away at Skegness removing attractions for profit not realising the effect it has on the Town and its locals. This attraction is extremely well used by locals and tourists and only fools would consider getting rid of it. Hand it over to Skegness Council who actually care about the Town.

Don't take this, its a great attraction to Skegness and holiday makers and residents. With overall deprivation occurring to lower income families this offers a fun few hours for children who's parents may have limited funds to then buy ice creams ect or go to the fair thus boosting the local community. Since I was young I remember playing here and now so does my daughter and it is part of tradition. I will be extremely disappointed if this is closed.

Please it's such a lovely place to take the children in the family, I am disabled and can't walk on the sand, but I can still have fun with my family here!
