Why do they insist on closing something that is not only in every local persons and holiday makers hearts alike...but is still used and loved by families today. Tis beyond me.

The fairy dell has been enjoyed by generations of the same families and is an asset to Skegness! Why sell a bit of land to a hotel chain then destroy a lovely play area for more car parking!?? Senseless!!

This has always been a favourite for my children and now my grandchildren, it is always very busy, one of few places to take young children.

Fantastic years at the fairy dell!! My kids love it and the area, without it,and the surrounding greens and history, skegness will become a huge amusement park...like a lot of other seaside towns!

I represent a group of childminders from Grantham, we regularly bring our minded children to the fairy dell, its so lovely and I played there myself when I was small. It would be a great loss to the town and its amenities, please don't destroy it :(

Fairy Dell is a safe area loved by locals and visitors alike. WE the residents will fight forever to keep this facility. If ELDC wants to save money then they should hand over cash to other councils and drop out. they are a waste of space
